Scott Harrison

Scott is an Operating Partner at Tayeh Capital Group (TCG). He brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across the industrial, engineering, and technology sectors, with deep expertise in operational improvement and value creation within private equity–backed businesses.

Previously, Scott served as Chief Executive Officer and Board member of RESA Power, the largest national provider of mission-critical electrical power systems services and solutions. He also served as CEO and Board member of Depot Connect International (DCI), a global leader in chemical and food-grade transportation services, as well as CEO and Board member of Rea Magnet Wire Company, CEO and Board member of Azure Dynamics, and Group President of Hayes Lemmerz International. Earlier in his career, he held numerous senior leadership roles across industrial and manufacturing companies.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton.
