Luis Penalver is the Founder and CEO of Penalver Group, a strategic advisory and consulting firm. Luis brings broad executive leadership and advisory experience, with deep relationships across the private equity, financial services, and corporate sectors. Luis spent 30+ years at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, most recently as a Partner and a Member of Cahill’s Executive Committee and Co-Administrative Partner.
Luis holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University.
