
Yumee Song
Yumee Song joined Tayeh Capital Group (TCG) as a Managing Director in 2026 and focuses on opportunities across the business services sectors. Prior to joining TCG, Yumee spent over 16 years in private equity investing, with deep experience in business services, legal services, technology-enabled services, and data-driven platforms.
Before joining TCG, Yumee spent five years at RLH Equity Partners, where she was actively involved in thematic sourcing, platform development, and value-creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held investing roles at Eagletree Capital and Providence Equity Partners, focusing on growth-oriented investments across the business services, media services, and telecommunications services sectors. Over the course of her career, Yumee has been involved in numerous investments and has worked closely with management teams on strategic growth, M&A, operational improvement, and talent development, serving on 13 boards in board and board-observer capacities.
Yumee began her career in the M&A group at Merrill Lynch. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and earned dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and the College of Arts & Sciences, with concentrations in studio art and economics.
