Luis R. Penalver is a former partner at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he practiced law for over three decades and was a member of the Executive Committee and served as an Administrative Partner. Luis brings broad executive leadership and advisory experience, with deep relationships across the private equity, financial services, and corporate sectors.
Luis holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University.
