Eliza McGrath

Head of IR and Capital Formation

Eliza is Head of IR and Capital Formation at Tayeh Capital Group (TCG) and brings more than two decades of experience in alternative investments, capital formation, and investor relations.

Prior to joining TCG, she served as Head of Alternative Sales at Northern Trust, where she led fundraising and business development efforts for 50 South Capital’s alternative investment strategies, working closely with institutional investors across a range of private market strategies and investment solutions. Before this role, Eliza was Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations at Hastings Equity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, where she built and led the firm’s IR platform and fundraising efforts. 

Previously, she played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the Private Debt Investor Relations platform at Audax Group, contributing to a threefold increase in private credit assets through fundraising, product development, and the development of strategic institutional investor relationships. Earlier in her career, Eliza held business development and investor relations roles within Investcorp’s private equity business and at Citi Private Equity. Eliza began her career at Lehman Brothers in its Financial Analyst Program.

Eliza holds a B.B.A. with Honors in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
